320 Gbit/s DQPSK All-Optical Wavelength Conversion using Four Wave Mixing

Abstract

In this paper we demonstrate wavelength conversion of 320Gbit/s DQPSK and 160Gbit/s DPSK data signals by four wave mixing in highly nonlinear fibre. Error free operation is shown for conversion of both DPSK and DQPSK.
