Abstract

We demonstrated a novel monolithically integrated 1⨉32 optical splitter/router with functions as an optical splitter for 1.31μm-band, 1.49μm-band and as a wavelength router for 1.55μm-band using a low loss ripple MZI-based WDM filter and a low loss Y-branch circuit.
