Abstract

Investigation of FWM in EAM shows wide tuning range with almost flat efficiency response. Enhancement of FWM efficiency with EAM reverse bias was observed. Simultaneous optical demultiplexing and wavelength conversion at 80 Gbit/s are demonstrated.
