Fourier-transform spectrometer based on a tilted superstructure fiber grating

Abstract

We demonstrate a novel spectrometer that operates by measuring the near-field interference pattern produced by a tilted superstructure fiber grating. Grating design parameters allow flexible optimization of the spectrometer’s bandwidth and resolution.
