Low temperature-sensitive waveguide Bragg grating using Ge, B, F-doped SiO2 films

Abstract

A B-SiO2 core waveguide with UV-induced Bragg grating on multi-component crystallized glass substrate is fabricated. A temperature dependence of the Bragg wavelength as low as 4pm/K, which is 1/3 of a conventional device, is achieved.
