Abstract

An athermal and polarization-independent arrayed-waveguide grating (AWG) multi/demultiplexer relying on an all-polymer approach was realized by properly adjusting the coefficient of thermal expansion of the substrate and the thermo-optic coefficient of the waveguide material.
