Abstract

Dynamic stabilization of a high-power AlGaAs diode laser has been demonstrated. A CDH-LOC diode laser1 is butt-coupled2 to an external waveguide containing a Bragg reflecting grating.3 Anti-reflection coatings allow the laser operation to be dominated by the grating reflection in proper coupling conditions.4
