Abstract

We investigate filtering effects based on coupled microring resonator. The ultra-narrow band filtering properties are decided by strong absorption due to strong dispersion at anti-resonant frequency. Multi-wavelength filtering properties at the same time could be realized by means of adjusting the length ratio of coupled microring resonator.
