Abstract

Digitalized chiral superstructures is achieved via photoaligning cholesteric liquid crystals (CLCs). The parallel generation, detection and demultiplexing of optical vortices with different OAM modes are demonstrated in a Dammann vortex grating encoded CLC superstructure.
