Strain-Sensitivity Based on Notch-Induced Phase-Shifted Long-Period Fiber Gratings

Abstract

A strain-sensitivity band-pass filter based on phase-shifted long-period fiber gratings (PS-LPFGs) with notch-induced technology was reported. The resonant wavelength of PS-LPFG could be tuned by 10 nm when the external strains applied.
