The Research on Microscopic Super Resolution Using Point Spread Function Variation Induced by Incident Polarization Change

Abstract

We report that the combination of polarization state variation and near field structure anisotropy can control the three dimensional changes of the point spread function (PSF), which leads to 10 times or more resolution improvement.
