Thermal effect of photonic crystal vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers

Abstract

Photonic crystal vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (PhC-VCSELs) was fabricated. We measured the performance with the change of temperature, It was proved that PhC-VCSELs keeped stable performance under difference temperature.
