Measurement of AFOCT’s responsivity based on the elliptical birefringence analysis

Abstract

A simple and fast birefringence measurement method based on DSP in-line polarimeter is proposed and demonstrated. The method is adaptive to evaluate the performance of AFOCT and to find the stress singularity when designing AFOCT.
