110GBaud PDM-64QAM Transmission Enabled by Tomlinson-Harashima Precoding and 120GSa/s DAC

Abstract

We experimentally evaluated the transmission of 110GBaud-PDM-64QAM based on Tomlinson-Harashima pre-coding with 120GSa/s DAC and E/O/E bandwidth of the system narrower than 57GHz at -30dB. The reachable distance of SSMF was predicted to be approximately 100km.
