High output power 214-Gbit/s 4-PAM operation of Hi-FIT AXEL transmitter

Abstract

We fabricated a Hi-FIT AXEL transmitter with a 3-dB bandwidth of more than 66 GHz and achieved 214-Gbit/s 4-PAM error-free operation with an average output power of +7.8 dBm.
