Abstract

We present a novel on-chip ultrasound detector based on the high-Q bound states in the continuum (BIC) in the chalcogenide glass photonic crystal slab (ChG-PCS) with high sensitivity of 84.9 pm · MPa1 and 3-dB bandwidth of 670 MHz.
