Numerical Comparison of Transmission Characteristics between C-band and O-band in WDM-based Analog Radio over Fiber Link

Abstract

This paper investigates transmission characteristics in radio over fiber systems with linear array antennas in terms of the interaction between fiber nonlinearity and chro-matic dispersion. We report that O-band has better EVM characteristics than C-band.
