Evaluation of Disc with Higher Track Density for Three-Dimensional Pit Selection

Abstract

The possibility of higher track density was examined for Three-Dimensional Pit Selection. The experimental results show that the track pitch of 180 nm is possible with normal-resolution cancellation.
