Phase-change optical disc of 20 GB capacity using NRZI+, Turbo coding with blue laser

Abstract

We examined a high-density decording system of phase-change optical disc using NRZI+ and Turbo coding with blue laser.As a result of experiments, we comfirmed that a recording capacity of 20 GB is feasible. Full text article is not available.
