All-optical image cross connector and the picture distribution technology

Abstract

We propose all-optical image cross connector that can exchange the multi-channel optical image signals with no electro-optic conversion by using the photorefractive cross-polarized four-wave mixing. We demonstrate the 1×2 image cross connector experimentally.
