Phase-resolved correlation: New techinique for analysis of low coherence interferogram

Abstract

A new signal processing technique, a phase-resolved correlation method is proposed, which determines the phase distribution of low coherence interferograms and improves the sensitivity and selectivity of interferometers. Three signal peaks were successfully extracted from a noisy interferogram.
