Abstract

The effectiveness of multi-processor computing and distributed computing systems (such as future massive-capacity routers and servers) is critically dependent on the speed and efficiency of communication between the processors and other system elements. Interconnection networks are required that allow full connectivity with large message throughput and minimal delay.
