Operator Notational Analysis of a Photorefractive Phased Array Processor

Abstract

In this paper we employ operator notation to analyze a novel true-time-delay beamformer for large adaptive arrays that holographically compensates for wavefront distortions arising from diffraction and random time delays in the fiber feed.
