Abstract

Cutaneous pharmacokinetics of active ingredients were investigated with single-and two-photon excited fluorescence microscopy. Two-photon excited fluorescence lifetime imaging enabled single-daily dose drug visualization and distribution with higher sensitivity and specificity.
