Spectrally-encoded Multi-photon Microscopy

Abstract

A swept-source laser approach for 2kHz multi-photon imaging is presented. The spectrum of an FDML laser is diffraction-mapped for rapid line-scanning. Non-linear, pixelwise interaction is achieved by pulse modulation and YDFA amplification.
