Single Pixel Tomographic Fluorescent Imaging with Spatial-temporal Modulated Illumination Light

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Tomographic imaging of fluorescent light emission is demonstrated with spatial-temporal modulation of coherent illumination beams. Propagation phase is of coherent illumination beams is transferred to temporal modulations on incoherent light emission -- allowing for coherent tomographic imaging with fluorescent light emission. Three dimensional imaging of flourescently-labelled objects is demonstrated with several computed tomographic imaging methods
