Optical 3D Profiling by Partitioned Aperture Wavefront Imaging

Abstract

We present a novel 3D optical profiling method based on partitioned aperture wavefront (PAW) imaging. Our method allows virtually instantaneous high-resolution imaging of surfaces, insensitive to mechanical noise.
