Phase Imaging Flow Cytometry with a Partitioned Aperture Wavefront Sensor

Abstract

We report on the development of a novel technique that allows quantitative phase imaging of fast moving cells in a flow cytometer. Our method uses single-shot imaging based on a partitioned aperture wavefront sensor to produce phase images in high speed flows. Experimental results are provided.
