Parallelized STED microscopy based on multi-wavelength programmable holograms

Abstract

We demonstrate a new design for a multi-color, parallelized STED microscope, capable of multiple beam scanning, using a multi-wavelength hologram programmed on to an SLM to create an array of excitation and depletion beams.
