Biodegradable polymer nanoparticles with photoswitchable fluorescence for super-resolution bioimaging

Abstract

We report fluorescence switching from biodegradable polymeric nanoparticles for super-resolution microscopy, allowing fluorescence imaging of nanostructures in thin polymer films and live cells with sub-50 nm resolution.
