GPU-based Real-time Phase Microscopy

Abstract

A quantitative multi-camera phase microscope, based on a Green’s function solution of the transport-of-intensity equation (TIE), is presented. Solving the TIE on a graphic processing unit offers the possibility of phase measurements in real-time.
