Abstract

We present hyper spectral imaging in the high wavenumber region of thick tissue samples made possible by a wavelength-swept coherent Anti-Stokes Raman scattering (WS-CARS) spectroscopy system where the Raman lines are excited sequentially at rates of up to 50,000 wavenumber per seconds.
