Imaging of intracellular surface motility using a Low-Coherent Quantitative Phase Microscope

Abstract

We report the imaging of intracellular surface fluctuation in living cells by Low-Coherent Quantitative Phase Microscopy. The motility images of non-labeled cells were obtained in subcellular resolution.
