Abstract

Photothermal microscope (PTM), offering high resolutions (~ 40 nanometers and nanoseconds) provides temperature distribution within a cell. Integrating PTM with digital holography is proposed to obtain quantitative three-dimensional images aiding real-time monitoring of biological assays.
