Nonlinear Beam Shaping with Si Nanodisks

Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally the directionality control of the third-harmonic generation from resonant Si disk nano-dimers. Nonlinear beam steering is achieved by varying the polarization of pump and its spatial position relative to nanoparticles.
