Twofold Phase Matching for Low-Noise Polarization Frequency Conversion in Nonlinear Waveguides

Abstract

We study the analytic solution to match in phase a particular type of low-noise vector four-wave frequency conversion in birefringent nonlinear waveguides. We confirm our predictions with a series of numerical simulations.
