Multiphoton Microscopy for Intravital Imaging Applications

Abstract

Intravital microscopy provides a unique opportunity to study biological phenomena in living organisms. We show results for multiphoton microscopy by two-photon absorption and second harmonic generation processes applied to intravital imaging of immune cells migration.
