Bandgap and Interface Engineering of Two-dimensional Layered Semiconductors

Abstract

In this talk, we report our recent progress on the band gap and interface engineering of 2D atomically thin layered semiconductors, and demonstrate some interesting optical properties and device applications of these novel 2D nanostructures.
