Abstract

We nanofabricate localized plasmon resonators using nanometer scale mechanically-tunable gaps between noble metal structures. Integrated into plasmomechanical systems, the resonators strongly and locally couple optical, electrical, mechanical, and thermal responses, both static and dynamic.
