Abstract

Large-scale plasmon-mediated nanopatterning of silicon surface in the form of regular 1D-arrays of high-aspect ratio vertical nanosheets for multiple promising applications was performed via multi-shot ultrashort IR-laser ablation in carbon disulfide liquid environment.
