Abstract
Biological light manipulation strategies provide inspiration for the creation of tunable, stimuli-responsive optical materials. This talk is focused on bio-inspired photonic structures, including mechano-sensitive, color-tunable photonic fibers and reconfigurable fluid micro-lenses. Article not available.
