Coupling Quantum Dots and Fluorescent Dyes Through Biopolymers and Energy Transfer: Concentric FRET and Its Applications

Abstract

Energy transfer networks between quantum dots and fluorescent dyes can be assembled using peptides and oligonucleotides to create multifunctional biological probes. The design and applications of these probes in assays and imaging will be presented. Article not available.
