Development of a Glancing-Angle–Deposited Distributed Polarization Rotator

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Glancing-angle deposition (GLAD) by electron-beam evaporation is utilized to fabricate birefringent thin films. Substrate patterning of GLAD regions is being developed to create a distributed polarization rotator for high-peak-power applications at 351 nm.
