Nanostructured Conductive SnOx (x<2) for High Efficiency Light Trapping in Thin film and 2D Material Photonic Devices

Abstract

Self-assembled, nano-needle structured conductive SnOx introduces high-efficiency, low-loss light trapping to double the photocurrent of Ge/Si photodetectors. It can also be applied to improve graphene absorption by 6x in a broad spectral range.
