Abstract

We report Z-scan and beam-deflection measurements of Indium-Tin-Oxide at epsilon- near-zero. We observe near unity change in the index. Nondegenerate beam-deflection measurements at different incident angles are used to characterize the coupling efficiency to longitudinal plasmons.
