Super-resolution photo-thermal microscopy with a nonlinear detection scheme

Abstract

The non-linear photothermal microscope using the Galvano mirror obtained the specification of the superresolution reaching 160 nm with 4.5 seconds frame time. Fine structures of the biological samples are well resolved by the non-linear microscope.
