Ultra-simple Dual-wavelength All-fiber Source for Mid-IR Optical Frequency Comb Generation via DFG in PPLN

Abstract

Ultra-simple, all-fiber, mode-locked laser using dissipative soliton resonance mechanism is presented. Unique design allowing simultaneous amplification of 1μm signal was used in a DFG setup to transfer the optical frequency comb into the Mid-IR region.
