Polarization patterns formed by exciton-polaritons

Abstract

We study the spin dynamics of exciton-polariton patterns in a coherently driven semiconductor microcavity. We proved analytically and numerically, that the TE-TM splitting between the cavity modes strongly affects the shape of these patterns.
