Repetition Rate Multiplication in Synchronously Intracavity Pumped Linear OPO

Abstract

Possibility of pulse repetition rate multiplication was demonstrated in linear optical parametrical oscillator synchronously intracavity pumped by picosecond modelocked Nd:YVO4 laser. Pulse repetition rate of 1.05 GHz was achieved at wavelength 1.54 μm.
