Large Dynamic Range, Highly-sensitive Frequency Up-conversion Detection at 27THz via DAST-DFG Process

Abstract

We demonstrated frequency up-conversion detection at 27THz with a dynamic range of larger than five orders via DAST-DFG process. Power calibration has been implemented and the minimum detectable energy is around 3fJ for a ns pulse.
